Returns & Refunds Return and Refund Policy provides returns and refunds exclusively for defective items. We strive to address any concerns and may repair, replace, refund, or partially refund the product as necessary. Resolutions for defective items, encompassing refunds for the product price and/or shipping cost, are determined on an individual basis according to the nature of the defect, at the sole discretion of Warranty

All indoor and outdoor products from come with a two-year warranty covering electrical components, when used as directed. Please be advised that Indoor Signs are not designed for outdoor use or exposure to moisture, and any such misuse will invalidate the warranty. The course of action for faulty signs will be dependent on the cause of the defect, and will be decided upon by and the buyer.

Warranty Coverage for Hard Wired & Installed Signs does not cover any costs associated with the installation and/or removal of your sign. Should your sign exhibit a presumed defect, we will request photographic and video evidence for diagnostic purposes, and may require the sign to be returned to us for repair or replacement. If you opt for professional installation and/or hard wiring of your sign, is not liable for any costs related to the removal and/or re-installation of your sign. In instances where your sign has been hardwired by an electrician, it remains our sole discretion to determine if the identified issue falls within our two-year warranty coverage. Returns Procedure

Should you wish to return a product, please contact us at, indicating the products you intend to return and the reason, along with a brief video and photos of the sign. Both video and photo documentation are essential for diagnostic and quality assurance purposes. Without both, our ability to address your concern may be restricted. Upon receipt of all necessary information, we will reach out to discuss a resolution.

  • If a return is approved, ensure the defective item is returned in its original condition with all original packaging.
  • Return the faulty item for’s inspection within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • If a replacement is agreed upon, will work to create and dispatch the replacement product promptly.
  • Should a full or partial refund be agreed upon, will inform you of the expected timeframe for receiving the refund.

Damaged in Transit

We encourage checking your package upon delivery. If your sign is found to be damaged in transit, will arrange for a suitable resolution.

Report any damage within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement. Damage or defects reported post this period will adhere to our general return and refund policy and will not be covered under warranty. The delivery date is as per the courier delivery date, accessible via the tracking email prompts.

For claims of transit damage within the 14-day period, please email your LED Neon Designer or, including:

  • A clear picture of the sign damage,
  • A clear picture of the box and any damage to it,
  • A clear picture of the shipping label on the box.

Lost, Missing & Stolen Signs takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safe delivery of our signs. We employ a premium express shipping service necessitating a signature upon delivery. Customers may choose to waive the signature requirement directly through the shipping service once the shipping process has commenced. Please note, if you forgo the signature on delivery requirement, will not be held responsible for lost, missing, or stolen parcels marked as ‘delivered’ by the shipping service.
